▎  Results

The client and VITRO BIOTECH agree that the Results will be the sole property of the client. The Results shall be considered the confidential information of the client. Client shall be free to use the Results for any purpose as it determines in its sole discretion. For the purposes of this Letter “Results” means all information, data arising from client’s use of the product and all intellectual property rights subsisting therein or derived or derivable therefrom, including the results of any analysis or any other results generated, created or derived from the use of the product.

▎  Support

If client has any questions about the products, please get in touch with VITRO BIOTECH in time and VITRO BIOTECH will provide the corresponding information to the client; If client requires technical guidance and assistance, please get in touch with VITRO BIOTECH, and VITRO BIOTECH promises to take care of client’s inquiry within 24 hours; If the products cannot be used due to product quality problems, VITRO BIOTECH will re-send the cells with no additional fee and cover the shipping fee; If the products cannot be used due to shipping or customs clearance problems, VITRO BIOTECH will re-send the cells with no additional fee, and client should take care of the shipping fee; If the products cannot be used due to client's operation problems, client can order the same products again and VITRO BIOTECH will offer 40% OFF discount on the quoted item. Shipping fee is not included; If the products cannot be used for no specific reason, client can order the same products again and VITRO BIOTECH will offer 40% OFF discount on the quoted item. Shipping fee is not included.

▎  Reception

Client must check the received products with the packing list after receiving the products, and check whether the product packaging is missing, damaged, deformed, spilled, or other issues; Client must complete the product reception within 24 hours after receiving the products, and after 24 hours of receiving the products, it is deemed that the product reception is completed and conforms to the contract; Before experiment, please carefully read the enclosed documents with the products and the technical support from VITRO BIOTECH’s website, and operate in accordance with the instructions; If client has no doubt within one week of receiving the products, VITRO BIOTECH will conclude the products qualified. If the products malfunction due to improper storage or use by client, VITRO BIOTECH will not bear the corresponding responsibility.
