CRISPR screening is an efficient and reliable high-throughput target screening method for screening mutant cells for genes associated with specific phenotypes, and subsequently obtain potential candidates. CRISPR screening facilitates the deciphering of genes and genetic variants associated with diseases, particularly by assessing the biological function of as yet unspecified mutations in disease-causing genes.

Need to perform CRISPR screening? Pre-made CRISPR library can accelerate your screening process. Generally a chip-based synthesis of library will take at least 2 month. In this portfolio, we provide 100ug library plasmids, which can produce 1*10^8 TU lentivirus and satisfy the needs of most CRISPR screening programs. All libraries in stock are provided with NGS QC reports, and guarantee coverage ≥99% and uniformity <10.
